There are 10 Bridgewater-Raritan Middle School students who were awarded for their skills to sing.
They should also be commended for their loyalty to each other.
These 10 students were recently honored when they were accepted into the official 2025 All-State Choir.
According to Gabriele Hingelberg, the Middle School Choral Director, the students will perform this spring with selected singers from Grades 7-9 from around the state under the direction of a guest conductor/composer.
“This is a major accomplishment as it is a highly competitive process,” she said.
Here are the Middle School students who were accepted into the All-State Choir for 2025.

Ms. Hingelberg was not only impressed with the skills of these 10 students but also how they stuck together as a team.
“ I am so proud of these kids, but not solely because of their hard work and talent. It's because of the support, commitment and compassion for one another during the audition process,” Ms. Hingelberg said. “Many performers become more competitive, selfish and pushy at auditions - but not our Bridgewater-Raritan Middle School kids. “
Ms. Hingelberg continued to point out their loyalty to each other.
“They encouraged, cheered, and supported each other through the whole process. The care I witnessed was incredible. I am proud they got in, but I'm more proud of who they are and the culture they are establishing here at the Bridgewater-Raritan Middle School.”
