Online Course Registration
Information regarding scheduling for current high school students for the 2023-2024 school year is currently being updated.
Bridgewater-Raritan High School continues online course registration for the 2024-2025 school year. Online course selections will be completed by the current 8th, 9th, 10th and 11th grade students. All course registration will be accessed through the web version, not cellphone app, of the Parent Portal or Student Portal of PowerSchool. We will provide students and parents/guardians with instructions and assistance for this process. Please utilize the support resources of counselors and the course registration supports available on the high school counseling website. The process timeline is listed below. Please be sure to follow the dates for your child’s grade level.
Current 8th Grade Students
Eighth grade students will be entering a total of 10 credits of electives plus two alternate electives on the registration page. Please note these selections are requests. Every attempt to accommodate a student’s requests will be made; however, due to the complexity of the master schedule, not all requests can be granted. All academic placements (English, Science, Social Studies, Math and World Language) and PE/Health course placements will be determined at a later date based on current grades, teacher recommendations, results of district and/or state testing and meetings with school counselors.

Current 9th, 10th and 11th Grade Students
Online course registration for current 9th, 10th and 11th grade students will be available beginning Wednesday, February 14, 2024, at 7:30 AM through Monday, February 26, 2024, at 2:00 PM. All students in grades 9, 10 and 11 will select all academic courses, PE/Health and electives. Please note that requests for core academic courses and PE/Health take priority over requests for electives.

The 2024-2025 BRHS Program of Studies
To make your time online more efficient, please utilize the Graduation Progress feature in the Parent Portal of PowerSchool to review your fulfilled/unfulfilled graduation requirements. Please refer to the Program of Studies course book for in-depth descriptions, prerequisites, and grade-level requirements for each course.
All course requests must be finalized by April 10, 2024. Changes to course requests will not be accepted after this date.
